Pat Hrbacek is an attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado. He has significant experience counseling clients on a wide range of business and litigation issues. Pat’s primary areas of focus include corporate and business formation and planning, estate planning, and probate and estate administration. Additionally, Pat serves as general counsel to several Colorado governmental special districts.

Pat obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1989 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1994. After receiving his law degree, Pat served as a judicial law clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Subsequently, he worked for the Social Security Administration in the Minneapolis Office of Hearings and Appeals, and then entered private practice in 1998.

After moving to Colorado Springs in 2000, Pat has continued in private practice, as well as serving in an in-house counsel position with the Professional Bull Riders, Inc., before joining Forbush Legal Offices in April 2012. Pat’s business and litigation background enables him to assist clients with their varied business and estate planning needs.

Pat and his wife, Kara, have four daughters. Pat treasures his time with family and enjoys reading, exercising and enjoying Colorado’s outdoor activities. Pat and his wife are also active members of their church and local Christian community
