Kevin Forbush is an attorney and inactive CPA licensed in both Colorado and California. Kevin’s combination of legal and accounting experience makes him uniquely qualified to counsel clients on the complex issues where the law, taxes and financial matters intersect. Kevin focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection and business planning.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting) from California State University, San Bernardino, in 1982 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1988. |

He is a member of the Colorado State Bar, the Trust and Estates Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Colorado Springs Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Kevin retired in 2006 as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Air Force Reserves after 24 years of active-duty and reserve service. He served most of his military career as a member of the Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
Kevin lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with his wife and best friend of 14 years, Beth Morgan, owner of Nourish4Life, LLC, (www.nourish4life.com) a nutritional products and wellness consulting business. Kevin and Beth have four children: Vance, a recent graduate of the University of California, Riverside; Jason, a pre-med major at the University of Notre Dame; Christian (Chris), age 13; and daughter, Bryson, age 8. |

Amanda Vinton is an attorney licensed to practice in both Colorado and Texas. Her areas of practice are estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business planning.
Amanda earned degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Baylor University in 2007. While at Baylor, Amanda was a Student Ambassador, an officer in the Women’s Legal Society, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. |

She is currently a member of the Colorado State Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, the Probate Section of the El Paso County Bar Association, the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, the Pikes Peak Business and Professional Women Association, and the Colorado Springs Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Amanda, the eldest of three children, was born in Utah and grew up in Arizona. She attended law school in Texas. Soon after graduating, Amanda moved to Colorado and joined Forbush Legal where she meshed perfectly with Forbush Legal’s counseling-based, relationship-oriented philosophy. |

Ryan N. Morey is an attorney licensed in Colorado. Ryan attained a Business Administration degree from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He then walked across the street and received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, the oldest continually operating private law school in the nation.
During law school, Ryan was published in the school newspaper, clerked for a Judge and worked at a clinic helping indigent people with rental housing issues. He was also a member of two Moot Court teams which traveled the country competing in mock trials. |

Ryan focuses on business planning, estate planning and probate. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association of Justice. He prides himself on his customer service, his work ethic, his integrity and his sense of humor.
Before coming to Colorado, Ryan supported himself by working on a hay and cherry farm in Traverse City, Michigan from the age of 13. He moved to Colorado Springs last year and loves to take advantage of the mountains by cycling, hiking, and camping. |
