SAM HOLZBERG
Sam joined Forbush Legal in 2022. He is originally from New York but made the move out to Colorado after graduating law school. Sam has a BS in both finance and economics from SUNY Plattsburgh. After graduating from college and working in the private sector for several years, Sam decided to attended Pace Law School, in White Plains New York, to achieve his dream of becoming a lawyer.
While attending law school, Sam worked for Federal Judge Joseph A. Dickenson. He also interned for a personal injury firm and a non-profit organization setting up retirement plans for clergy members. Additionally, he was on the National Moot Court team representing Pace Law School. Lastly, Sam was also selected to New York’s Pro Bono Scholar Program, where he was able to take the Bar exam early and practice law Pro Bono instead of attending classes. Sam graduated from Pace Law School Manga Cum Laude and in the top 10% of his class. Sam is licensed to practice Law in New York and Colorado.
Sam currently is the lead attorney for the Legacy Protector™ program and assists Kevin Forbush in implementing estate plans for new clients.
In Sam’s free time he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and watching his beloved New York Jets.
